From Holey Teeth to Holy Souls.....

Just as happy teeth result from daily care(brushing,flossing etc.) and a healthy diet,
so too does a blessed life result from daily care (confession and repentance) and a healthy diet (of prayer, searching/studying/reading the Scriptures, the Sacrament of Holy Communion, fellowship and fasting),
so
and with the Psalmist and the saints, ask God to
"Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting."
May these entries help you, by the grace of God, to grow in grace and holiness.
